It is fair to say that no other artist has influenced me as much as Dan DeCarlo. I discovered his art at a very young age via Archie comics. There were no credits, so I didn't know who he was, but I could recognize his art amongst the other artists. He was definitely my favorite. Reading a DeCarlo drawn story was never boring. His art was energetic & full of life. I mention Dan today as IDW just put out a gorgeous collection of Dan DeCarlo drawn stories. Both Dave and I bought a copy, and we both devoured its awesomeness. Do yourself a favor, and pick yourself a copy. There's plenty of laughs in there, and simply gorgeous art.-- Gisele

Welcome to Eerie Cuties! What is EC? It's comedy horror meets cute. The cast consists of monsters in high school. The header image already gives you hints to the type of monsters you'll see in EC. After leaving my art duties on Penny and Aggie, I wanted a concept that would force me to draw things I've never drawn, like horror & cute. EC should help me grow in those areas. :) --Gisele
